If you live in Washington, you already know the frustration: you spend your day searching for "remote jobs," find something perfect, get all the way through the application, and then hit that final page where it says, "We are not hiring in your state."

It’s a massive waste of time. I got so tired of it that I decided to build a fix.

This site is my way of cutting out the guesswork. My goal is to keep a board that makes it easy for people actually living here in Washington to find jobs they are allowed to apply for. No wasted apps, no hidden "must be in another state" fine print—just opportunities that are actually open to us.
