What is Print on Demand? It involves uploading your own digital artwork, or text designs to a platform, listing the products online and only paying for the product after a customer buys it. The only work you do is the design, printing and shipping will be handled by the platform you go with.

How it works:

  1. You create the artwork using tools like Canva or Photoshop
  2. You connect a POD service, like Printify or Printful to your online store, like Etsy or Shopify.
  3. A customer places an order from your shop
  4. The supplier (your POD service) handles the rest, receiving the order, printing, packing and shipping it to your customer.

How do you make the money?

If the POD service charges $15 to print and ship an item, and you charge $30, you make the $15 profit.
